My name is Gaye and I am a Bread Angel based in Wallington, Surrey. Bread Angels are a network of home bakers who supply their local communities. Our aim is to encourage people to rediscover “real” bread either buy buying from micro bakers like us, or learning to bake their own. We also coach people who are interesting in joining us and setting up their own micro bakeries.
My bread is made by hand using organic ingredients. My flour is stoneground and comes from the lovely Cann Mill in Dorset. I use either baker’s yeast or my own sourdough culture (wild yeasts) to rise my bread. I bake to order once a week and run a stall at the Epsom Farmers Market with two other Bread Angels on the first Sunday of the month. Click here to buy my bread.
